How to choose a surveillance system for your office

· Ashot

A camera is only as good as what it captures and how long that footage survives. Before comparing megapixels, map your site: entrances, cash points, storage areas and blind corners. Coverage with no gaps beats a single expensive camera pointed at the wrong place.

Next, decide how long you need to keep recordings — two weeks or several months — because that drives storage, not the camera. Add night vision where lighting is poor, and make sure you can view the cameras from your phone.

Finally, ask who answers when it breaks. We design coverage with no blind spots using Hikvision and Dahua equipment, archive footage securely, and back it with 24/7 support — so the system works the day you actually need it.
